The care and protection of children, young people, and adults at risk is a top priority at Darlington Baptist Church. We strive to create a welcoming and secure environment for all.

As part of our commitment, all volunteers in roles working with these vulnerable groups are subject to enhanced DBS checks. Furthermore, our safeguarding policy provides a clear framework for ensuring their well-being.

We work closely with Christian Safeguarding Services (CSS), a respected leader in safeguarding, to ensure our practices are robust and effective.
